*Updated* | Yes! Madeon Releases New Track ‘The City’ Feat. Zak Waters [Official Music Video]

Young French producer Madeon has done it yet again! I’ve been following him career for the past year (still mad at myself for missing his set at U Street Music Hall)
and I’m constantly amazed by the originality and excitement that his tracks exude.
He’s already gotten the approval from some of the best producers, including his recognition for his remix of Martin Solveig’s “The Night Out.” And now Madeon shows us again why he could easily be one of the best young producers in the French House/Electro scene.
This time, he serves up a heavy dosage of French House/Electro with his track “The City.” We were all blessed with a teaser of the track not too long ago, but Madeon has decided to appease his fans and he has finally released “The City” featuring the vocals of Zak Waters.
Sadly, it’s not yet available on iTunes for my buddies abroad, but US fans can buy it today. The track will officially be available in online stores worldwide on October 8th. Maybe if you beg, Madeon will bump up the release date…it’s worth a shot!

Such a Summery Tune | Martin Solveig – ‘The Night Out’ – Smash Episode #4
A few weeks ago I posted Madeon’s remix of Martin Solveig’s latest single, “The Night Out.” I basically expressed my thoughts on how awesome Madeon is, and how his remix makes Martin Solveig’s “The Night Out” go from a summery tune to an epic banger.
Yet, don’t forsake the original track. “The Night Out” is still an awesome track, and that summery vibe is perfect those summer date nights: seeing classic films, the hottest Hollywood Blockbuster movies, grabbing some ice cream, some drinks, and perhaps dancing the night away. Summer dates are the best! It’s even cool to go on dates during the day and enjoy an awesome theme park, or better yet, at night. Ah….I can’t wait for summer to get here, so many fun things to plan!
Summer is right around the corner, and Martin Solveig’s “‘The Night Out’-Smash Episode #4″ gives me some great ideas for summer. If a movie is a bust, then go grab a scooter, grab you’re date, and cruise throughout the city.
Whatever you do, make sure you spend the “Night Out” this summer and enjoy every single movement you have painting the town red with someone you at least like, love, or simply just wanna get to know better.
The music doesn’t start until the 5:10 marker, but it’s great watching the hilarious antics of Martin Solveig and Lafaille. Also, there are some cool DJ/producer cameos in the video. So be sure to watch for those.

For someone to only be 17-years-old and already getting major acclaim for remixes of major EDM tracks, then I must say that French producer Madeon is a genuis! He’s only 17, but he’s already being recognized as perhaps the next mega DJ/producer.
I first ran across Madeon a few months ago when I heard his remix of Deadmau5′s “Raise Your Weapon” on the Music Choice channel. He’s only 17, and he’s already got his remixes playing on Music Choice. WTF? That’s so epic!!!! I’m sorry, but I truly have to say that I think Madeon is going to be one of the next best producers in the EDM scene. Yes, he’s so young and looks fragile, but his remixes are hardcore bangers.
His latest remix of Martin Solveig’s “The Night Out” is one that is bound to become a summer club anthem. I can totally imagine this remix being played at clubs across the world, especially since it’s got this banging floor filler vibe. There is no way you can resist dancing, unless you’re just extremely shy. Even then, you’ll still be fist pumping with the best of them.

Oh, and have you heard his latest release?”Icarus” is one of the latest tracks released by Madeon and it’s not a remix, it’s actually something he produced. It’s yet another hardcore track from this upcoming French house/pop prodigy. Listen to it below.
