Even though it seems unlikely that LMFAO will ever have a huge hit again(everything else they did after “Party Rock Anthem” and “Champagne Showers” was horrible), it is true that them dudes surely know how to party. I mean come on now, the videos of them shufflin’ and party seem to be a consistent theme. They know how to party all night long and they surely don’t show any signs of stopping; nothing can get in the way of shufflin.
Well, since they love to party so much, Key & Peele decided to take their own spin on it with a song called “Non-Stop Party.” What starts off as an awesome non-stop party, turns into a nightmare; everywhere they turn is a party. So what happens next? Well, watch the video and you’ll see. I surely don’t want to spoil the joke for you.
And while you’re at it, be sure to watch Key and Peele going crazy while listening to dubstep.

Whether you’re an Obama supporter or not, one thing that we can all hopefully agree on is that our President can sing, I mean he can saaaaang!
America had the opportunity to hear him sing a snippet of Al Green’s “Let’s Stay Together” back in January at the Apollo. Since then, it’s been no surprise that every now and then you’ll catch President Obama wailing out a tune.
He has yet to officially sing LMFAO’s hit song “Sexy & I Know It,” but Baracksdubs on YouTube decided to do yet another mashup of the President, resulting in an awesome rendition of President Obama singing “Sexy & I Know It.”
Baracksdubs has great timing when it comes to creating his mashup, and it’s just as good, if not better, then his Obama Mashup of Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way.” That video easily got millions a view when it was first uploaded, so it won’t be too long before this video is getting passed all around the Web and becoming yet another popular viral video.
Watch Obama “sing” to LMFAO’s “Sexy & I Know It” below.
If you haven’t seen Obama “sing” Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way,” then watch that video as well. It’s awesomesauce!

A lot of great songs came out in 2011, so what better way to celebrate the best songs of 2011 than mashing a bunch of videos together! DJ Earworm must have
thought the exact same thing, which is why he decided to mash together the best songs of 2011. This mashup resulted in a new dance song called “United States of Pop 2011 (World Go Boom).
The mashup was done quite nice! It actually seamlessly blends together a wide variety of songs. Below is a list of the songs used in the mashup. It’s so awesome! I love every song used in the video.
Adele – Rolling In The Deep, Adele – Someone Like You, Black Eyed Peas – Just Can’t Get Enough, Bruno Mars – Grenade, Bruno Mars – The Lazy Song
Britney Spears – Till The World Ends, Cee Lo Green – F* You, Enrique Iglesias – Tonight (I’m Lovin’ You), Foster the People – Pumped Up Kicks
Jennifer Lopez – On The Floor,Jeremih feat. 50 cent – Down On Me, Katy Perry – Firework, Katy Perry – E.T.,Katy Perry – Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.), Lady Gaga – Born This Way, LMFAO – Party Rock Anthem,LMFAO – Sexy and I Know It,Lupe Fiasco – The Show Goes On,Maroon 5 – Moves Like Jagger,Nicki Minaj – Super Bass,OneRepublic – Good Life, Pink – Raise Your Glass, Pitbull – Give Me Everything,Rihanna – S&M, Rihanna – We Found Love

Yes, Friday is finally here! I’ve been waiting all week for this day to finally arrive, and now it’s officially here. It’s not like I had a hot date or anything planned (usually I do, but eh not this week,) so I’m just going to chill out this weekend and hopefully maybe go to Deep Sugar tomorrow. It’s been so long since I’ve gone to Deep Sugar @Paradox in Baltimore. My mind, body, and soul have been aching for some good old fashioned house dancing until the break of dawn. But most likely I will end up not going, but who knows, my brother might decide to actually go and I’ll tag along.
There nothing like the sound of house music pulsating in your ears, and propelling you to get lost in a euphoric state. But there is one thing that is parallel to house music in terms of getting lost in a zone, 90s hip-hop & r&b. Don’t even get me started on New Jack Swing! My mom and me end up dancing around the house for hours a few times throughout the week, and all you can hear is the loud speakers blasting 90s anthems (oh, 80s funk too!) There are a lot of good songs from the 90s that I still listen to, but on a daily basis I’m constantly hearing Montell Jordan’s classic song “This Is How We Do It.”
I don’t purposely go to YouTube and listen to it everyday…well, there is no need for that. Every time my mom’s phone rings or I call her, I’m immediately greeted by the hook from Montell Jordan’s “This Is How We Do It.” I’ll be in the same room as here, but just for fun I will call her and jam out to her callertune, which is the same as her ringtone. It’s totally one of those moments where all you can say that the 90s called and they want their music back. But no, I don’t want to give it back. The 90s must never die! Nope, I can’t allow a social assassin to come in and kill the party mood with some crappy new commercial hip-hop. Nope, can’t allow it!
“This Is How We Do It” will always be a great 90s anthem, and of course the Friday “Pay Day” song. It’s awesome for a day like this when you get paid, you’ve got the weekend ahead of you, and you can co do whatever you want. Ah, so refreshing. I’m not sure what I’m going to do this weekend, but even if I don’t get to go to Deep Sugar, I’m still going to dance around the house singing “This Is How We Do It.” Sounds like a good plan, right?
Just cause…here is a remix of the original song with my favorite dance move shufflin. It’s a mash up of Montell Jordan’s “This is How We Do it” with LMFAO’s “Party Rock Anthem.” It’s pretty awesome!

I may listen to a lot of music from around the world, but I would never miss the American Music Awards. Every year they have a wide variety of great performances, and I always tell myself “Wow, if only the BET Awards could actually have an unlimited budget.” Seriously, the staging, lighting, and digital effects at the American Music Awards are usually way better than most award shows. The performances last night were phenomenal; good music combined with amazing stage production is what brought a lot of the performances to life.
When the show first came on I sat there with my mom and mentioned all the performers we knew would have to perform that evening, and of course we were right when we both said LMFAO has to be there. You can’t have American Music Awards with LMFAO. They’ve done so much in the music scene and “Party Rock Anthem” will never die! So you know I was stoked that the awards show ended with their performance, and it was awesome seeing Hawk and Ryan Confidero up there killing it. Like I’ve said in the past, my brother Jamile McGee was on “So You Think You Can Dance?” so he knows a lot of dancers in the industry and has worked with many celebs. It still blows my mind that he used to chill and play videogames with Miguel! But I digress. It was just uber cool seeing LMFAO perform and it was fun shufflin’ around the living with my mom. Oh, even Justin Bieber got on stage and shuffled with LMFAO, so I definitely had to give Bieber props.
LMFAO ended the show, but throughout the night there were some great performances. I love David Guetta, so I wasn’t even hating on Nicki Minaj’s performance. It was even funny she almost fell a few times when accepting her awards. Her performance was okay, but it was way better than Jennifer Lopez’s horrible first performance. The only thing that saved J.Lo last night was an amazing performance with Will.I.am. They debuted a sick new song called “T.H.E.” and it featured Mick Jagger. The technology during that performance alone was enough to blow your mind, as well as Chris Brown’s high-tech digitally stunning performance. Of course Katy Perry, One Republic, Pit Bull, and the other artists had some good performance, but my top favorites were: LMFAO, Chris Brown, J.Lo & Will.i.am, Enrique Iglesias and David Guetta with Nicki Minaj (only because the beat was hot and he killed it.)

I may not be a big Halloween fanatic, but I will say I’m totally digging the LMFAO Halloween Light Show. Have you guys seen
it?! Apparently there is this amazing guy named Kevin Judd from Riverside, California who decks his house every year with lights. Now I’m not talking about any old tacky Christmas lights and a battle of the lights in the movie Deck the Halls, but I’m talking about a perfectly timed light show that plays in sync with a hit song.
Last year Judd set up the light show to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” and this year it’s set to my favorite LMFAO song, “Party Rock Anthem.” I’ve done a few posts on my blog about how awesome LMFAO is, but now it’s apparent that the guys of LMFAO are becoming pop culture references. Everywhere I turn I’m hearing their music or someone talking about shufflin’, and I’m so loving it! It’s a trend that will never get old for me, and this Halloween Light Show just reminds me how amazing LMFAO is!
If you haven’t seen the video yet, then check it out! Judd hasn’t said much about the light show and his video becoming a viral sensation, but he did say “My wife picked the song. I always like to throw in one or two non-Halloween songs. It kind of fit because ["Party Rock Anthem"] has multiple singers… It’s not my typical music, but I don’t hate the song. My kids like it.” See even this guy isn’t a regular electronic/dance music fan, but he still can appreciate the music and create a mind blowing light show that is a viral hit!
So whether you love LMFAO or just don’t really jam to it, you’ve got to admit that this house is surely the coolest house on the block! I’m sure the neighbors may be annoyed because of all the sound, but if I lived next to this house I’d be outside shufflin’ all the time!

Its been about a month so far and I’m still blasting LMFAO’s “Party Rock Anthem.” Not only do I still blast it, but I’m also shufflin’ everyday. You can’t help not to rock to the “Party Rock Anthem” and it’s hard to not laugh when watching their hilarious antics in each music video.
My favorite thing to watch is the shufflebot shaking around and shufflin’ in their videos, but in LMFAO’s new video “Sexy and I Know It,” there is more “wiggling” than shufflin’. A few times throughout the video you’ll see some shufflin’ and the shufflebot shufflin’, but it’s all done while wearing speedos. It’s a major “show me your junk” fest, seriously it’s like a dick thrusting fest. HAHAHA, it’s on a whole new level.
I’m all for people dancing around and showing off their bodies in awkward ways, so this video ensues a bunch of laughs for me. I like it! It’s kind of disgusting seeing all the wiggling, thrusting, and shaking; but it’s LMFAO. The beat is catchy, the overall concept is funny, and I’m digging it.
Hate it or love it is basically what LMFAO was going for in this video. It’s all about getting laughs but still pumping out some great dance tunes. If you don’t get up and dance to “Sexy and I Know It,” “Party Rock Anthem,” and “Champagne Showers,” then something must be a miss with your musical taste.
It’s a video filled with crazy pants, Afros, awkward bodies, Wilmer Valderrama, and the best mascot ever; the shufflebot. It’s fun music, so enjoy the laughs, dance, be silly, and even go out and create your very own shufflebot (I still need to do that.) LMFAO is awesome and they shouldn’t have to apologize for being outlandish party rockers. The only thing that might have to apologize for is leaving images in my head of them, their dancers, and old fat guys thrusting their junk in multi-colored speedos. It’s going to take a couple of days to recover from what I saw in the video below, but I definetly will keep party rocking and shufflin’ everyday.
