I’m elated to share with you some incredible new music from one of my favorite producers, George FitzGerald.
Ever since hearing his infectious single “Child,” I’ve become a huge fan of his work…and now he’s finally releasing a debut album! Albeit it’s not slated to release until late-April, he’s uploaded a new track titled “Full Circle” on his soundcloud.
A melodic slow-burn infused with deep house grooves, this track features the sultry vocals of Boxed In. It’s a mixture of melancholy and exploration of textures in sound and emotion. Does that make sense? It doesn’t have to…just listen.
And if you want more music, then check out this exclusive mix George did back in August for Fact Mag.
FACT Mix 457 – George Fitzgerald (Aug ’14)
I like a track that has momentum and takes me on a journey. Even if I know where I’m going to end up, it’s still nice to be tossed and turned different directions. And tossing and turning is exactly what The Six’s remix of Elderbrook’s “Could” does.
With brooding vocals, new drum pads, synths, and baselines every 30 seconds, this track is an exciting number to listen to.
Give this wicked edit a spin:

The leading lady of Dragonette, Martina Sorbara, has yet again given us awesomeness with her vocal touch on Mike Mago’s new single, “Outlines.”
If Martina Sorbara’s voice doesn’t give you an eargasm, then you’re out of your mind! Haha, I’m just teasing. But seriously, her voice is incredible! If you love that dream wave/synthpop sound, then you’ll love her atmosphere on this new track.
I need not say anything else, listen and experience it for yourself:
House aficionado, Duke Dumont, has released some fresh visuals to go with his bangin’ classic infused jam, “Won’t Look Back.”
The video showcases the coolest bank robbers ever; they don’t have a getaway car, they escape on pogos.

If you’re in pursuit of a banging, yet chilled mix to spice up your day, then check out this insatiable mix from Low Steppa’s Dusty Sessions mix series.
Right off the back, “Dusty Sessions 5” mix start of with some killer vibes to wake you up. Then, after you’ve got that adrenaline flowing, the mix takes a route towards the chilled sounds of deep house.
It’s got enough momentum to put a smile on your face, make you dance a little, and still get some “work” done at the office.
Mexico-based producer, Mateo Gonzalez aka Bufi, has released his new new EP, Salvaje.
A fusion of deep house sounds & hints of electro, this EP contains 3 original tracks that are certainly worth checking out.
The title track, “Salvaje” is my favorite due to it’s alluring deep house vibe that just seems to take us on a journey. However, I still recommend you experience the other two tracks: “Papers” and “I Call You.”
Each track has hints of experimentation on the vocal side & beat arrangement, but they all work together to create a solid EP.
