Ever since watching Bridesmaids and seeing Melissa McCarthy host SNL, I’ve been a huge fan of her work. I even occasionally watch Mike & Molly. I’m telling y’all, she is one funny lady!
And of course, I can’t forget the hilarious Jason Bateman. He’s been in so many great movies, and I really loved his character in Horrible Bosses. If a movie has Jason Bateman in it, then I’m totally going to watch it. So when I heard about the new movie Identity Thief starring Bateman and McCarthy, I knew the trailer was going to be a hilarious treat.
And, boy, was I ever right. The trailer for Identity Thief is hilarious! McCarthy basically steals Bateman’s identity and he decides to chase her down. You’d think it be simple, but oh no, this lady is not giving up without a fight. Oh, and she loves to throw some nasty punches; Bateman has taken on more than he can handle!
Peep the trailer below for the movie. It won’t be released until Spring 2013, but its from the guy who directed Horrible Bosses, so it’s bound to be a movie filled with tons of laughter that you should totally add to your list of movies to see.
