All my fellow house junkies know that everyone has their own tastes when it comes to house. Some like it disco, some prefer soulful, others might be more incline to the sounds of tech-house, and some of us like it deep…real deep, raw, and nasty bass. And by some of us, I’m talking about myself.
I love DEEP HOUSE.
I am a house aficionado and I’ve got thousands of tracks in my library, but my favorite music to groove to is the vibrations of deep house. I just love that pulsating bass intwined with a raw edge & the occasional haunting vocals. Superbly tantalizing, the sounds of deep house sway throughout my mind, body, and soul. They say house is surely a spiritual thing, but the sounds of deep house are a riveting paranormal experience. Something about deep house just takes over my mind, body, and soul, and I find myself getting lost in a world where only I and the music exist.
Ah, the sublime power of deep house. It’s hard to ignore, especially when you’ve found a massive killer
song that is deep in all the right directions. Well, I’ve found that track. I’m talking about a brand new massive deep house cut from the legendary Grant Nelson. The massive cut is called “di5c0nn3ct” and the build up is perfection, followed by the sexy drop that drives me insane. For a few minor seconds it sounds (1:50 minute marker) like a funky organ, but give it a hard bass. Listen for that distinctive sound, you can hear it clearly with the beautiful silence, followed by a massive drop.
I’ve just heard this track on the SS Radio UK show Cabrio September 28th Show, and I find myself obsessed with it. I was already groovin’ pretty good while listening to the other selections in the podcast, but when this Grant Nelson “di5c0nn3ct” song came on, I lost it. DEEP HOUSE has a way of taking over me. It’s like I’m possed by the sounds of deep house. But I don’t mind, I welcome it.
So there you have it folks, a massive deep house cut. But oh, I’d be lying if I said that’s all you should listen to. You’ve got to check out Grant Nelson’s other new single, “So Many Ways” off the new released from Freeze Dried Records called So Many Ways. Both tracks are equally deep, but “So Many Ways” has more variation in it and some sexy vocals. I’m warning you, if you’re a fellow deep house junkie you might have an eargasm.
