Wow, September is next week. Time has gone by so quickly, and I’m already in my last semester of undergrad. Before I know it, Spring will be here and I’ll be sitting in graduate classes at University of Baltimore.

I considered taking a hiatus for awhile, but I actually really love school and immersing myself in intellectual endeavors. So I’m excited about my studies at UB and soaking up as much knowledge as I can in my intended program of study. It’s a two-year program, so I doubt I’ll be taking any hiatuses.

Speaking of “hiatus,” one of my favorite producers Aeroplane has been on a long hiatus from dropping his monthly mixes. Nevertheless, his previous mixes are far from antiquated, but that doesn’t mean I wasn’t anxious to hear something fresh. 

I wanted something fresh, and I got exactly that with a lovely free download of Aeroplane’s new August 2012 mix.

His new mix is an awesome collective of disco house, a little electro pop, and other stylings of house and electronic. The song selection is perfection, the order of each track is superb, and the transitions are flawless. Aeroplane, as usual, never disappoints with his monthly mixes. Hopefully he won’t go a hiatus, and we can expect another awesome mix in September.
