Whenever I have moments to write on my blog, I always find myself going on this insane search for music.I feel as though it’s my duty as a citizen of this global EDM culture to bring y’all (my readers and random folks who run across this site) the sounds that touch my mind, my body, and sometimes my soul.
Interestingly, I view my blog as an “exchange of culture” and that happens to be the answer I used today in an interview. The lady asked me what does diversity mean to me and I said, “an exchange of culture.” I’m super passionate about sharing culture (music, art, film, etc) with others, and I’m relentless in my desire to keep the momentum going.
So, before I go on this long rant about how much I love sharing music with y’all (I guess I’m in an appreciative mood today) let me present y’all with an amazing mix from FACT Magazine featuring remixes by Hamburg’s Marco Niemerski. I doubt that most of you know him by his real name, Hamburg’s Marco Niemerski, but I’m sure most of you know the name Tensnake.
Remember the success of the 2010 track “Coma Cat?” That track alone really put him on the map, and it’s when I first realized that Tensnake shouldn’t be slept on. He’s got some great tracks + remixes. And lets not forget his remix of Azari and III “Reckless With Your Love.” Tensnake has made quite the name for himself as a DJ and producer, so his latest mix for Fact Magazine truly shows off his ability to take a track and turn it into something beautifully new.
Hands down, one of the best mixes I’ve listened to in the past few weeks. Just put your headphones on, close your eyes, and get lost in every pulsating beat…a “eurhythmic” experience.
