I think one of my favorite things about my blog is the level of versatility. One day I could be writing about Saturday Night Live and then the next day I’m posting a heavy dosage of cool house & EDM finds. Even occasionally you’ll find me ranting about dating, relationships, body image, and often absurd things I read or see on television. ThinkSoul25 is about expressing myself and sharing my interests with the world, which happen to be primarily based on music.
Music is the love of my life. There is always some thread within music that speaks to me on some level of humanity, even if it’s just for freedom of expression and moments of joy while moving my body to the pulsating beats. So when I ran across some nice new electrofunk by Para One, I knew that I had to do what I always do; rush to my blog and post music.
So this post right here is basically yet another chance for me to share with y’all (my readers, friends, and random people that run across this blog in search of something) some music that you may or may not like. I don’t expect everyone to like all that I post, but I think that Para One’s “Lean On Me” featuring Teki Latex is a delightful track. If you can’t stand it, then that’s alright. But honestly, it would be hard to hate this delightful electrofunk track. It’s smooth, real smooth. But still bouncy at moments and inviting, which is nice.
Oh, and this is my first time hearing of Para One. His real name is Jean-Baptiste de Laubier and he is a French electronic music producer. He is most notably known for producing for French rap group TTC, but know he is making himself known in the arena of electrofunk as Para One.
