Awesomesauce | ‘I Know That Voice’ Movie Trailer

A lot of folks don’t know this about me, but I spent years doing theatre in school. I wasn’t necessarily always in plays, but I lived and breathed performing in front of an audience, especially monologues. I liked the ability to be able to become this entirely different character, which was a  lot of fun, especially since I have this weird ability to change my voice.

It’s something that is embedded in my personality. I’m just able to come up with random voices, as well as impersonating Spongebob, Mr. Herbert (the old guy from Family Guy,) Butters from South Park, and so many other random voices. I tend to usually attempt hiding my weird sense of humor, especially from guys (but the guy I’m dating now is weird too, so it’s a good fit), but sometimes I just have to be myself; even if it means telling a joke and getting into character. Haha, maybe I should have been a voice actor.

Who knows, maybe one day I’ll actually attempt to take my passion for voices and acting to the next level, but for know I’m definitely interested in learning more about the upcoming documentary I Know That Voice.

The movie is a behind-the-scenes look at voice actors, including the “movie guy voice” (ya know the one who announces all the movie premieres,) the voice of Spongebob, as well as the other voice actors who are known for their voice acting in the top films, cartoons, and yes, videogames. Sweet!!
