Sassy, Soulful, and the Imaginative work of Roisin Murphy
I love Roisin Murphy’s soulful and sassy voice! She was the lead singer of Moloko, until the group parted ways in 2006. Moloko’s music fits into the genres of house, trip-hop, nu jazz, and electronic dance music. Her style is quite vintage, so refer to her as the original essence of Lady Gaga. Whatever the case may be, her music is awesome! It takes you into a magical place, where happiness and being a silly kid is acceptable. I have an acquired taste for music that dares to be outside the box, and Roisin Murphy fits into that description. She is a quirky UK singer, that has a beautiful voice and her personality shines through in her videos.
One of my favorite remixed tracks is “The time is Now”, which she did when she was in th
e group Moloko. The original “Time is Now” is an awesome song, but the DJ Plankton remix has been on my favorite house tracks. My feet move non stop to this party track, it’s a good use of my house dancing skills. If I had to compile a list of my favorite house tracks, this would surely be on that list!

I Thought I was Tall!
I seen this lady a year ago on some random short guy’s Myspace page. He had pictures of her all over, saying that his 5’4” fantasy was to be with Amazon Eve. I didn’t really look her up or anything, but I saw an article on a website a few moments ago talking about her modeling career. Amazon Eve is a 6’8” model, holding the title of the worlds tallest female model. I thought I was tall, but dang!!! That is huge! I’d freak out standing next to someone that tall, I don’t even like men that tall. I’m 5’11” and the perfect guy for me is 6’1”- 6’3”.
Amazon Eve is a 31 year old model, actress, and dominatrix( yea, I’m not even going to go there on that one). She wears a size 14 shoe, I only wear a 11 1/2, usually a 12 because of width and a 10 1/2 in mens. Men actually pay her almost $400 an hour to wrestle her (kinky!). I don’t think I’m going to ever say I’m tall again, I’m just a 5’11” woman, but there are women out there that literally tower over me. Tallest girl I ever met was 6’4” and she made me nervous! I guess Amazon Eve truly is more than enough woman for any man. SMH….that’s crazy!
The girl in the picture and video is soooooo tiny standing next to her! Good thing I guess she’s utilizing her height and shorter men seem to go crazy over her. Shortest guy I’ve ever dated was 5’8”, but I couldn’t imagine someone 5’8” with a woman 6’8”….it’s like some superhero type stuff! lol

Doll Salvation: A 2002 Barbie Film
Hey guys!
I wanted to posted this footage my mom ran across last week. She recently bought a VHS to DVD recorder and has been running across a lot of old footage. I guess I was in 4th or 5th grade, was kind of bored and felt like making a soap opera with my Barbies. The turnout was Brandy Barbie dolls, a few other dolls, Steve, and GI Joe dealing with drama, friendship, and finding salvation during a crisis. I can’t explain the whole concept, especially the easy listening christian music in the background( I usually listen go Gospel instead), but just check it out. It’s a funny video!
